• Supporting and advising HR managers in the foreign subsidiaries
• Supporting recruitment at an international level, taking into account the cultural and legal requirements of the various countries
• Coordination of global recruiting tasks
• Checking and ensuring compliance with local legislation in relation to cross-border employee assignments
• Optimizing and standardizing HR processes and tools to increase efficiency and improve collaboration between international teams
• Supporting international employee assignments and mobility, including organizational and administrative tasks
• Preparation of monthly HR reports and statistics

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of HR or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in HR
• Experience in an international corporate environment
• IT skills: Initial experience with HR management systems
• Must have: Very good knowledge of German and English
• Your skills: Communicative team player (m/f/d) with the ability to act independently, work autonomously and be goal-, result- and quality-oriented. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills as well as good presentation skills
• Willingness to travel 10%
