We are looking for an experienced candidate with 10+ years of experience to take the role of Senior Enterprise Architect in Group Transformation, with the aim to design the future landscape for European Energy.
Our 900 employees at European Energy develop, construct and operate renewable assets across 25 markets. With a robust pipeline exceeding 60 GW across Solar, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Batteries, Power-to-X and Carbon Capture, we are positioned to further expand our position as a leading player in the global shift towards sustainable energy. Our mission is clear: to create the power of tomorrow, today. Further, with capital injection of +1,000m EUR through 2024, we are strongly capitalized for new investments and our next wave of growth and transformation.
We want you to play a crucial role in accelerating a leader in the green transition, help set the direction of the company and drive execution and delivery on European Energy’s highest-priority transformation and scaling objectives.
The team
Group Transformation is a new area anchored in Digital, IT & Group Transformation, an international and engaged group of 50+ people with diverse backgrounds, both business and digital savvy.
Group Transformation focuses on enabling effective, business-driven transformation across EE. Our mission is to help deliver meaningful change that sticks. Whether it's shaping new programmes, driving digital initiatives, or supporting cross-functional transformation efforts, Group Transformation plays a key role in turning ambition into action.
It’s not just about technology. It’s about making transformation work in practice – helping teams implement and sustain the changes that matter most, and ensuring efforts lead to real, measurable impact.
Our team reports directly to the company CIO, and you will be reporting to the Head of Group Transformation.

We offer an opportunity to take on a leading role in the renewables sector with great responsibility and tangible impact on the global challenges of climate change. You will take European Energy through its scale up phase by defining, implementing and maintaining a best-in-class target operating model and enterprise architecture.
You will specifically take on responsibilities such as:

- Translate our ambitious strategy into a scalable architecture that supports the execution of the strategic business objectives
- Recommend investments in technology to ensure competitive advantage, operational efficiency and scalability
- Link mission-critical business outcomes, future state business capabilities, data, value streams, business processes, projects, products, and technologies required for European Energy to scale
- Collaborate with business leaders, project and product teams to define target state architectures that enable growth and improve operational effectiveness
- Coach and mentor other architects, product teams and business stakeholders to instil architectural thinking, with focus on business, data/information and solution architecture
- Effectively provide guiding principles, standard and minimal viable architectures, and a technology governance model informed by business strategy and corporate governance
With us you get
- Opportunity to deliver value by shaping strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that directly address the challenges and opportunities of our business functions
- Possibility to shape, drive and implement Target Operating Model and Enterprise Architecture in a leading, highly profitable company with a large appetite to move the bar even further
- Autonomy to lead your own cross-functional initiatives, and over time set up your own team
- Possibility to learn from talented colleagues with top-tier consulting, transformation, and digitalization backgrounds
