Job Description
Join us in helping companies of different sizes and industries take climate action today. As a design team, we work towards a clear goal: creating impact-oriented digital products that make net zero a reality.
Become part of our Product Design Team in Berlin, where we collaborate in autonomous cross-functional teams that take ownership from idea to measurable impact.
- Own the full design process — from discovery to delivery — within your product team
- Plan and lead user research to identify needs and opportunities
- Translate insights into user-centered and scalable solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, aligned, and ready to scale
- Contribute to and evolve our MUI-based Design System
- Guide other designers through mentoring, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Drive the integration of strategic and operational design work (80/20 model)
- Help shape our design culture and advocate for climate impact in every decision
Who you are
- You bring 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B software environments
- You are proficient in user research, interaction design, and visual execution
- You can communicate and advocate your design decisions clearly and confidently
- You know how to collaborate in a product triangle (PM–Design–Engineering)
- You have experience using and contributing to a Design System
- You think strategically and care about measurable outcomes
- You are passionate about climate action and want your work to make a difference
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus
Benefits
Join our dynamic and international team where you can be who you are. We work together in an open and uncomplicated way and also enjoy socialising outside of work. In addition to a job with meaning, we also offer you the following benefits:
- Our bright, modern offices are centrally located and easily accessible by all modes of transport.
- We love environmentally friendly alternatives for travelling to the office! To support this, you can opt for a JobRad.
- Sport clears your head and makes us feel good! We support you with a subsidy for various sports programmes.
- We offer 30 days holiday, because we believe that time off is important.
- We enable you to work flexibly and in a hybrid way (with 60% on-site presence) so that you can achieve an even better work-life balance.
- Regular check-ins and development meetings are part of our feedback culture.
- You have the opportunity to take out a company pension scheme with an employer subsidy.
- It goes without saying that we provide free tea, coffee and fruit to ensure your well-being at work.
