Sales Engineer

Become part of Photon Water and help deliver innovative water treatment and remediation solutions across Europe.

We are looking for a commercially minded technical professional who enjoys developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe and Photon Energy Group markets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and project documentation
• Coordinating water treatment and remediation projects through all phases, from proposal and contracting to implementation and handover
• Providing technical support to customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing customer visits, site assessments, and technical consultations
• Supporting testing, pilot projects, sampling, analysis, and the development of new water treatment technologies
• Coordinating the production and delivery of products, equipment, and treatment units
• Collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams on invoicing, contracts, and reporting
• Contributing to R&D initiatives and continuous improvement of water treatment processes and technologies

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in water treatment, water management, remediation, environmental engineering, or related field
• Proven background in technical sales, business development, project management, or customer-facing engineering roles
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally in both Czech and English
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into practical customer solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience working with international clients and stakeholders is an advantage
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach
• Willingness to regularly travel
