We're looking for a B2B Sales Consultant to join our Retail team and grow Sunly's portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SME) customers. As Sunly builds the next generation of energy services - from renewable electricity supply to EV charging and battery storage - you'll help bring these solutions to customers and build long-term customer relationships.
Electricity packages will be your primary product, but you'll also help customers identify opportunities to optimise their energy use and benefit from additional energy solutions where relevant. You'll build relationships with business customers, understand their needs, and help them find the solutions that create the most value for their business.
This role is for someone who enjoys building relationships and turning opportunities into results. You'll have ownership of your sales pipeline, work closely with colleagues across the business, and see the direct impact of your work through the customers you bring to Sunly.
What you will work on
- Own and grow an SME B2B sales pipeline.
- Sell Sunly's electricity packages as the primary product, including explaining pricing models, contract terms and customer value.
- Understand customer energy consumption and business needs to identify the best solutions.
- Identify opportunities beyond electricity supply, including EV charging, battery storage and other energy services.
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers based on customer consumption and load profiles.
- Manages its customer portfolio (up-sell, debt etc.)
- Keep pipeline data up to date and provide visibility on forecasts, progress and key risks.
- Contribute to improving sales playbooks, messaging and customer materials based on market feedback and customer insights.
What describes you
- Proven B2B sales experience working with SME customers.
- Strong ownership mindset - you can drive deals from the first conversation to a signed contract.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and build trust with customers.
- Structured way of working, including pipeline management, follow-ups and clear next steps.
- Motivation to achieve results and continuously improve your sales performance.
- Experience in energy retail, electricity sales, energy procurement or service sales is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills in Estonian, English and Russian.
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and eagerness to use innovation and AI in your work.
