Ensure recurring meetings and operating rhythms stay on the calendar with the right attendees, appropriate advance notice, and reliable execution. From time to time, identify and recommend process efficiencies where executives are involved, contributing a ground-level perspective on how operating rhythms can be strengthened.
  • Stakeholder & Event Management - Execute full logistics for meetings as assigned, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meals, materials coordination, and on-site support. Assist in maintaining a structured approach to key internal and external stakeholder relationships, including consistent outreach cadence and relationship tracking.
