En tant que Chef.fe de projet senior (H/F), vous piloterez des projets complexes dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables, en vous appuyant sur des méthodes agiles pour optimiser les processus et les résultats.

Vous serez notamment en charge de :

Pilotage de projets complexes

Gérer les estimations de coûts du projet, identifier les pistes d'optimisation budgétaire.
Constituer et faire valider les dossiers de demandes d'autorisations administratives et environnementales.
Organiser les processus de concertation avec les autorités locales et les parties prenantes pour obtenir les accords nécessaires.
Élaborer, en lien avec l'équipe ingénierie financière, le dossier de proposition d'investissement.

Contractualisation & Préparation à l'exécution

Lancer et piloter les appels d'offres et les négociations contractuelles (EPC, fournisseurs, consultants, etc.).
Préparer le projet à sa mise en construction : conformité réglementaire, coordination des acteurs, planification.

Construction & Suivi opérationnel

Assurer le suivi de la phase d'exécution du projet, jusqu'à la mise en service.
Veiller au respect des engagements de qualité, sécurité, environnement (QHSE) à chaque étape.
Coordonner l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes (équipes techniques, finance, juridique, partenaires locaux, etc.).
Participer à l'amélioration continue des outils et processus de gestion de projets au sein d'HDF.

Vous serez en interaction quotidienne avec l'ensemble des équipes d'HDF Energy ainsi qu'avec les partenaires d'HDF Energy France et International.
