Team & Workload Coordination

  • Supervise roughly 20 specialists and technicians across Canada.

  • Schedule nationwide repairs (foundations, anchor bolts, grouting).
  • Optimize crew scheduling and logistics to minimize turbine downtime.

Turbine Monitoring & 1st‑Level Support

  • Oversee responses to fault notifications and initial troubleshooting.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of solutions and continuous feedback to field teams.

  • Guide in‑depth diagnostics, root‑cause analyses, and repair plans for drivetrains, gearboxes, bearing and lubrication systems.
  • Produce knowledge‑base articles and technical notes for site technicians.

Rotor Blade Coordination

  • Prioritize blade inspection and repair campaigns, aligning plans with outage windows and budget constraints.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Capture lessons learned and standardize procedures across teams.
  • Recommend preventive actions and ensure compliance with Canadian OHS regulations and ENERCON standards.

Requirements

  • Post‑secondary education in mechanical engineering or a related field (membership in the Order of Engineers is an asset).

  • Proven experience supervising technical personnel and coordinating multi‑site operations.
  • Familiarity with cost tracking or cost‑control processes (without full budget ownership).
  • Strong command of wind‑turbine mechanical systems, SCADA monitoring tools, failure analysis, and maintenance best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership, clear communication, and problem‑solving abilities within diverse teams.
  • Full bilingual proficiency in French and English, spoken and written.
