DEINE AUFGABEN

Erstellung von Bauzeitenplänen mit MS Project
Entwicklung von Errichtungs- und Transportkonzepten basierend auf Standards, Kundenanforderungen sowie in enger Abstimmung mit Kran-, Transport- und Montagedienstleistern
Kostenplanung für sämtliche Baustellen- und Logistikaktivitäten im Rahmen der Vertriebskalkulation
Risikobewertung projektmanagementspezifischer Themen im internen Risikobewertungsprozess (Project Board Meeting) sowie aktive Einbringung von Risikominderungsmaßnahmen in die Kundenvertragsverhandlungen
Durchführung von Ortsterminen in geplanten Windparks zur Abstimmung relevanter Themen mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
Teilnahme an Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden, inklusive Verhandlung projektmanagementrelevanter Vertragsinhalte
Projektübergabe nach Vertragsabschluss: Aufbereitung aller relevanten Informationen für einen reibungslosen Übergang in das operative Projektmanagement („Handover Sales to PM")
Repräsentation der Nordex Group gegenüber Kunden und Partnern

DEIN PROFIL

Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektentwicklung, idealerweise in der Windenergiebranche
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und MS Project), AutoCAD und GIS
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
Proaktive, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Konflikt- und Verhandlungskompetenz
Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
