The PLM will partner cross-functionally with R&D, operations, sales, and application engineering to deliver differentiated solutions into the rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) traction inverter and power electronics markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SiC MOSFETs, diodes, and module offerings targeted at automotive applications, with direct accountability for revenue, margin, and market share.
- Roadmap Development: Define and maintain the multi-year product roadmap aligned with automotive OEM requirements, electrification trends, and competitive benchmarks.

- Market Intelligence: Track competitor moves, benchmark SiC device performance (Rds_on, avalanche ruggedness, FIT rates, etc.), and anticipate disruptive technologies (e.g., Gen4/Gen5 SiC, module packaging trends).
- Strategic Partnerships: Support ecosystem collaborations, JDPs, and co-development programs with leading automotive players.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical sales within power semiconductors, with at least 3 years in SiC or automotive applications.
