YOUR MISSIONS
Buscamos un IT Helpdesk Technician que quiera unirse a nuestro equipo de soporte y aportar soluciones técnicas eficientes a nuestros usuarios. Este rol es temporal por 6 meses, pero con posibilidad real de incorporación indefinida en función del desempeño.
Responsabilidades principales
- Instalación y administración de portátiles.
- Soporte a smartphones corporativos.
- Brindar soporte a usuarios en Microsoft Office 365 y otras aplicaciones utilizadas en la compañía.
- Seguimiento de incidencias y solicitudes en el sistema de tickets.
- Gestión de activos: administración de equipos y licencias de la empresa.
- Operación y mantenimiento de servicios en Office 365, Active Directory, Azure y MDM.
- Administración de componentes de red local.
- Aplicar y mejorar procedimientos de soporte a usuarios.
- Participación en proyectos técnicos y tareas diarias de IT.
- Colaboración con equipos de IT Support en diferentes países (Portugal, Brasil, Francia...).
- Gestión de solicitudes de material informático (hardware/software): búsqueda de presupuestos, requisiciones en ERP, gestión de facturas.
- Mantenimiento de salas técnicas y organización de puntos de red activos en oficinas.
- Soporte a impresoras: reporte de incidencias al fabricante y reposición de consumibles.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Formación técnica en Informática, Gestión de Equipos o similar (preferente).
- Experiencia previa en funciones de Helpdesk y soporte a usuarios.
- Conocimientos en Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server y Windows 10/11.
- Importante: Inglés escrito y hablado a nivel alto.
