Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of critical customer projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead project reviews and facilitate key gate meetings.
- Engage directly with customers, ensuring clear communication on project plans and deliverables.
- Develop and refine project management procedures to support our growth journey.
- Provide regular reporting on key project metrics and tolerances.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration within NCS to achieve ambitious project outcomes.

Our Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or civil discipline.
- Project Management certification (Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent).
- At least 5 years' experience managing deliverables-driven projects.
- Proven track record in handling large and complex projects.
- Expertise in process optimization and a commitment to business excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Organized, independent, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
