Purpose of position
Hledáme Customer Quality Engineera, který nám pomůže nejen hlídat standardy, ale posouvat je ještě dál.
Responsibilities
- Budete v denním kontaktu se zákazníky – od řešení reklamací po pravidelné schůzky.
- Propojíte se napříč odděleními a společně budete zlepšovat kvalitu výrobků.
- Provedete analýzu reklamací, připravíte 8D reporty a navrhnete konkrétní opatření.
- Použijete metody jako Ishikawa, 5 Why nebo Pareto.
- Zajistíte hladkou implementaci nápravných opatření.
- Připravíte přehledná data a reporty pro zákazníky i management.
- Zapojíte se do interních i zákaznických auditů.
- V krizových situacích budete hlavním kontaktem a řešitelem.
Our Requirements
- SŠ/VŠ technického směru
- Min. 3 roky praxe v oblasti kvality ve výrobě
- Dobrou znalost metod kvality: MSA, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, Control Plan
- Znalost normy ISO 9001
- Komunikativnost, analytické myšlení, odolnost vůči stresu
- Velmi dobrou znalost anglického jazyka.
