Als Teil unseres Teams berätst die Asset Operations-Einheiten rechtlich bei der technischen und kaufmännischen Betriebsführung von Erneuerbare Energien- und Stromspeicher-Anlagen - sowohl im In- als auch im Ausland.
Du wirkst aktiv an anspruchsvollen Projekten mit und gestaltest rechtliche Lösungen für innovative Themen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen und Vertragsmustern vor allem in den Bereichen des Dienst-, Werk-, Bau- und allgemeinen Vertragsrechts.
- Laufende rechtliche Beratung der Asset Operation-Einheiten in Bezug auf die technische und kaufmännische Betriebsführung von Erneuerbare Energien-Anlagen und Stromspeicher-Anlagen im In- und Ausland.
- Prüfung von Haftungsfragen und rechtliche Unterstützung des Claim-Management.
- Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen für Innovationsthemen wie z.B. Stromspeicher-Anlagen.
- Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Projekte konzernweit und interdisziplinär im In- und Ausland.
- Steuerung in- und ausländischer Berater sowie interne Fachabstimmungen.
Das bringst Du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes erstes und zweites Staatsexamen (überdurchschnittliche Ergebnisse wünschenswert)
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertragsrecht im Bereich der kaufmännischen und technischen Betriebsführung, idealerweise in der Erneuerbare-Energien-Branche
- Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und Eigeninitiative bei der Themenbearbeitung
- Flexibilität und effizienter Arbeitsstil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und unternehmerisches Denken
