Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum 01.08. oder wahlweise zum 01.09.2026 engagierte und motivierte Auszubildende für die Position der Kauffrau / des Kaufmanns für Bürokommunikation (m/w/d) mit besonderem Fokus auf Personalverwaltung und vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung. Wir bieten eine fundierte Ausbildung in einem nachhaltigen, dynamischen und internationalen Unternehmen mit Einblick in vielfältige Aufgabenfelder des Personalwesens und der Bürokommunikation. Du wirst unterstützt durch erfahrene Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder. Nach erfolgreich abgeschlossener Ausbildung gibt es die Möglichkeit zur Anschlussbeschäftigung im Bereich Gehaltsabrechnung und Personalverwaltung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Erlernen von Büro- und Geschäftsprozessen durch Büroorganisation und Übernahme von organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten
- Rotierende Funktion in verschiedenen Abteilungen und Bereichen wie Marketing, Einkauf, Planung, Vertrieb, Logistik und vielen mehr
- Wir freuen uns auf deine Mithilfe für das nationale und internationale Bescheinigungswesen, das Dokumentenmanagement und die Datenpflege in unserer innovativen und digitalen Systemumgebung
- Du unterstützt uns bei verschiedenen Projekten wie z. B. Eventplanung, Employer Branding und Einführungen von Mitarbeiter-Benefits

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Mittlere Reife oder Abitur
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
