Job Description

What you'll do (first 3 months)
- Calculate and reconcile commissions for 50+ sales reps (bi-weekly cycles)
- Spot and resolve payout errors before payroll cutoffs
What you might take on next (if time allows)
- Streamline repetitive workflows (e.g., cut down 6-hour reporting tasks to 90 minutes)
- Reconcile accounts
- Suggest and test NetSuite process improvements
Schedule & location
- 3 days/week in-office (Albuquerque, near Uptown)
- 2 days/week remote
Requirements
- NetSuite
- Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups)
- CRM or payroll tools (nice to have, not required)
