Job Description

Become part of our Digital team in Munich, where we work in cross-functional teams that co-create products and take ownership from idea to impact.
- Shape the product vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area - ensuring alignment with the overall product landscape and company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with engineers, machine learning experts, and designers to drive product development. You'll provide clarity on the why behind decisions, ensuring alignment and effective delivery.
- Set and prioritise goals: Define and prioritise business needs in close collaboration with stakeholders, focusing on measurable outcomes that drive progress toward the product vision.
- Understand user needs: Partner with UX Designers to identify user needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities, ensuring our products deliver real value in a rapidly evolving space.
- Translate insights into solutions: Turn user insights and business objectives into actionable software features, aligned with priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate impact: Act as the key communicator for product releases, clearly articulating the value and impact of new features across the organisation.
- Measure success: Evaluate product performance using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform continuous improvement.
Who you are
- Experienced: You have a degree and at least 5 years of experience leading agile product development as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B context.
- Data-driven: You are comfortable navigating complex, data-centric environments where understanding how numbers connect is key to seeing the bigger picture.
- Agile expert: You have a solid grasp of agile methodologies, development practices, and modern product management approaches.
- Strong communicator: You excel at aligning diverse teams and stakeholders around a shared vision through clear and empathetic communication.
- Analytical thinker: You can simplify complexity and turn insights into practical, effective solutions.
- Fluent in English: You communicate fluently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
