Du möchtest schon während deines Studiums wertvolle Praxiserfahrung sammeln und spannende Einblicke in unsere ERP-Systemlandschaft gewinnen? Als Werkstudent:in im Controlling unterstützt Du uns bei Projektabschlüssen, dem Aufbau eines neuen Mandanten sowie bei der Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und -bereinigung. Zudem überwachst Du diverse System-Health-Checks und informierst Kolleg:innen über notwendige Maßnahmen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und hilfst aktiv mit, unsere Prozesse effizient und zukunftssicher zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung beim Stammdatenmanagement sowie bei der Sicherstellung und Bereinigung von Datenqualität
Mitwirkung beim systemseitigen Projektabschluss, damit unsere Projekte nicht nur erfolgreich abgeschlossen, sondern auch für zukünftige Analysen optimal dokumentiert sind
Überwachung von System-Health-Checks und Unterstützung bei der Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen
Aufbau und Pflege eines neuen ERP-Mandanten (z. B. für unseren Standort in Österreich)
Prüfung und Erfassung von Lieferscheinen sowie Unterstützung bei der präzisen Buchung von Wareneingängen, um eine stets aktuelle Bestandsführung sicherzustellen
Administrative und systemgestützte Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Studierende aus den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Informatik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
