Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung des 1st-Level-Supports bei der Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskund*innen
Eigenständige Aufnahme und Koordination eingehender telefonischer Anfragen und E-Mails
Dokumentation der Anfragen im Ticketsystem als Grundlage für eine professionelle und effiziente Bearbeitung
Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kund*innen und internen Abteilungen wie Projektmanagement und Technik zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
Mitwirkung an der stetigen Verbesserung interner Prozesse im Kundenservice

Dein Profil

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) mit Interesse an einer Werkstudententätigkeit von ca. 20 Wochenstunden
Kommunikationsstärke und Professionalität im Umgang mit Kund*innen - sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Serviceanspruch
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und Motivation, erste Praxiserfahrungen in der Photovoltaikbranche zu sammeln
