Key Responsibilities

Assist experienced technicians with the installation and assembly of wind turbine components.
Support torquing, tensioning, and alignment activities under supervision.
Participate in safety briefings and follow all site HSE requirements.
Help with material handling, tool preparation, and site organisation.
Maintain accurate records of daily work and training progress.
Develop a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems used in modern wind turbines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
