We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Wind Turbine Technicians.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the renewable energy industry, working alongside experienced professionals on major onshore wind projects across Europe. Full training and support will be provided to help you build the technical skills and safety awareness needed for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced technicians with the installation and assembly of wind turbine components.
  • Support torquing, tensioning, and alignment activities under supervision.
  • Participate in safety briefings and follow all site HSE requirements.
  • Help with material handling, tool preparation, and site organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily work and training progress.
  • Develop a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems used in modern wind turbines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Eagerness to learn and develop a career in the wind energy sector.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
  • GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) preferred but not essential - training will be provided.
  • Valid EU right to work.
  • Previous technical, construction, or mechanical experience is an advantage but not required.
