YOUR MISSIONS
Sous l'autorité de son responsable hiérarchique, l'analyste est en support de l'équipe pour l'évaluation de la rentabilité des projets, de la structuration de leur financement bancaire et des potentielles acquisitions ou cessions.
SUPPORT AU DEVELOPPEMENT
Selon la phase d'avancement du projet, et en support d'un senior :
- Réaliser la modélisation financière à partir des données fournies par les développeurs et la revue critique de ces hypothèses ; compléter les hypothèses macro-économiques et financières
- S'assurer du respect des règles internes (hypothèses et rentabilité cible)
- Selon le besoin, rechercher les financeurs potentiels et obtenir des termes de financement indicatifs
- Appuyer le développement pour analyser les documents (LOI, documents projet comme le PPA) en vue notamment d'optimiser la rentabilité et la bancabilité et la compétitivité du projet
- Participer à la rédaction des documents internes (mémos, IP), notamment des parties financières
FINANCEMENT DE PROJET
Participation au montage et à l'exécution de financements de projets sous la supervision d'un senior
- Assister le senior pour la sélection du (des) prêteur(s) notamment sur base d'un premier modèle financier
- Participer à la sélection des conseils et coordination des travaux de ceux-ci (DD prêteur : fiscalité, technique, finance, juridique, audit modèle,...)
- Mettre en place de la Data Room
- Accompagner le senior pour la négociation des termes de financement et la rédaction de la documentation de prêt avec l'appui du conseil juridique
- Assurer la tenue des modèles financiers (cas prêteur et cas sponsor)
- Prendre part à l'exécution du signing et du closing
ACQUISITIONS/CESSION
sous la supervision et en support d'un senior
- En phase 1, participer la première analyse, à l'établissement du modèle financier et à la rédaction de l'offre non engageante, assister le senior pour la coordination des appuis internes si nécessaire
- En phase 2, participer à la sélection des conseils (fiscalité, technique, finance, juridique,...) et à la coordination des Due Diligence, accompagne le senior pour les négociations et rédaction des documents (SPA, SHA ...), tenir le modèle financier
- Participer à la rédaction des documents internes (mémos, IP)
- Prendre part à l'exécution du signing et du closing
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Niveau de diplôme
- Ecole d'ingénieurs, spécialité finance; Ecole de commerce; Formation de niveau Bac +5 (master 2) en droit, économie et gestion, en mathématiques, en sciences politiques, option finance, en financement de projet / financements structurés/ M&A
Expérience
- Une première expérience en stage de fin d'étude ou année de césure ou alternance en banque d'investissement, financement de projet ou capital investissement
Domaine de connaissances :
- Connaissances élémentaires du secteur des énergies renouvelables (technologie, principaux acteurs, type de projets, acteurs, chaine de valeur,...)
- En fiscalité et comptabilité
- En montages juridiques liés au financement des infrastructures, en particulier des énergies renouvelables
- Connaissances professionnelles en finance corporate (qui a trait à la gestion des décisions d'investissement, à la structure capitaliste et aux financements)
- Connaissances professionnelles théoriques et pratiques en modélisation financière et valorisation d'entreprise
- Maitrise du Pack Office (niveau d'Excel et Power Point avancé)
- Maitrise courante de l'anglais et du français obligatoire. Une 3eme lanque comme le portugais ou espagnol est un plus
