Als Assistant Category Management Substructure (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Team Procurement & Category Management an unserem Hauptstandort in Hirschberg. Du bist maßgeblich an der Analyse von Bedarfen, der Koordination technischer Entwicklungen und der Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards beteiligt und arbeitest eng mit internen sowie externen Partnern zusammen. Du übernimmst vielfältige Aufgaben und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Analyse und Erfassen von Bedarfen
Durchführung von Angebotsmarktforschungen
Unterstützung bei Rahmen- und Projektverträgen
Sammeln und Verteilen von kategoriespezifischem Wissen, insbesondere zu Technologieentwicklungen
Aufbereiten von Unterlagen und Daten
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Qualitätssicherungsverfahren und EH&S-Standards
Mitwirken bei Lieferantenreviews und beim Vertragsmanagement
Koordination von internen Stakeholdern
Abwicklung von umfangreichen Ausschreibungen

Wen wir suchen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, ein Studium ist von Vorteil
Erste Berufserfahrung (1-2 Jahre) im Bereich Supply Chain, Einkauf oder in der PV-Branche
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
