Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review financing documents, assess debt requirements, and analyze cash flow projections and facility utilization.
  • Prepare and ensure timely, accurate submission of compliance certificates to banking counterparties.
  • Consolidate monthly cash reports from business units to identify excess cash for potential redeployment at the group level.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly counterparty exposure reports to ensure compliance with exposure limits across financial institutions.
  • Develop and deliver risk and treasury-related reports, as well as other management reports as required.
  • Conduct research and collaborate with stakeholders on financing structures and regulatory requirements across local and international markets.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant treasury experience, including:
    • Debt financing and/or project finance.
    • Reviewing loan documentation and preparing compliance certificates.
    • Familiarity with corporate treasury operations and corporate banking environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, Power BI, and Reval is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with proficiency in cash flow analysis and a passion for analytical work.
  • A proactive team player with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects.
  • Positive interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
