Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of global manufacturing? In this key role, you'll define best practices, develop robust process standards, and lead PFMEA and Control Plan activities that ensure quality and performance at scale. As a Process Expert in Electronics, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and IT to embed Design for Excellence (DfX) principles and drive innovation across our global organization.
To succeed, you'll combine strong technical insight with a passion for continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional teamwork - all while contributing to a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain global production process standards that support high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to design and manufacturing optimization by applying industry best practices and structured methodologies.
  • Apply Design for Excellence (DfX) principles to ensure efficient product development and reduce production complexity.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of PFMEA and control plans to support robust risk management and product quality.
  • Support seamless handovers from R&D to manufacturing through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive exploration and evaluation of new technologies, automation opportunities, and digital solutions to strengthen production capabilities.
  • Use data and insights to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving across the organization.
  • Maintain active collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure mutual alignment and progress.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance production workflows, quality, and sustainability.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, production engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, ideally within electronics, mechanical, or electrical manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools and experience working with 3D modeling and design analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in developing PFMEA and control plans.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience working across full process lifecycles - from concept to implementation - is an advantage.
  • Knowledge or interest in safety, ergonomics, and sustainability practices in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems integration (automation, MES/ERP, digitalization) is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant industry experience.
