Responsibilities
- Own and lead strategic workstreams within transversal projects, from problem framing to delivery.
- Translate business questions into clear hypotheses, analysis plans, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop coherent storylines that connect insights to business impact and drive executive decision-making.
- Partner with business units to measure, analyze, and improve operational efficiency, identifying root causes and opportunities for value creation.
- Support implementation of initiatives, tracking progress and quantifying financial and operational impact.
- Benchmark KPIs and processes across EDP business areas and against external best-in-class peers.
- Prepare concise, high-quality deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and change adoption within the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
- Proven track record in problem structuring, analysis, and strategic storytelling.
- Familiarity with the renewables or energy sector is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to structure complex issues logically.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Solid understanding of business drivers and KPIs; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Highly collaborative mindset; able to build relationships and influence without authority.
