Das erwartet Dich
Wir suchen dich als gewerberechtlichen Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) für unsere Projekte in Österreich als zentrale Rolle für den Aufbau und die langfristige Abwicklung unserer Aktivitäten.
Du fungierst nicht nur als Konzessionsträger, sondern arbeitest aktiv als Projektleiter und Koordinator auf den Baustellen mit und stellst die Einhaltung aller gewerberechtlichen und elektrotechnischen Anforderungen sicher. Außerdem bist du Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Zertifizierungsstellen und Audits.
Deine Aufgaben
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen, normativen und elektrotechnischen Vorschriften
- Führen der Behördenkommunikation sowie Begleiten von Audits und Zertifizierungen
- Überprüfen der Einhaltung von Arbeits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Fachaufsicht bei Installation und Inbetriebnahme elektrotechnischer Systeme
- Überprüfen und Überwachen des eingesetzten elektrotechnischen Fachpersonals
- Fachliche Führung und Einsatzplanung des Projekt- und Baustellenpersonals
- Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen und Koordination mit Projektleitung und Subunternehmern
Wen wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Bachelorstudium (z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften BSc.)
- Gewerbeberechtigung (Konzession) für das reglementierte Gewerbe Elektrotechnik ist zwingend erforderlich
- Nachgewiesene Befähigung zur Führung eines Unternehmens in einem konzessionierten bzw. regulierten Umfeld
- Mehr als 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Anlagenbau, idealerweise Solarkraftwerke
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Batteriespeicher
- Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik und Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Spaß an der Energiewende
- Systematische und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Starke Ergebnisorientierung und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Kundenorientierung sowie Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
