Description de poste

Au sein de la Direction Financière et sous la supervision du directeur financements, vous participerez à la mise en place des opérations de financements (projets, acquisition et corporate) pour l'ensemble du groupe.

Responsabilités spécifiques

Dans ce contexte, vous réaliserez principalement les travaux suivants :

Assistance sur les projets de financement : élaboration des modèles avec les équipes projets, présentations aux banques, négociation des documentations de crédit, gestion des datarooms et des audits, élaboration des présentations au comité de surveillance
Suivi des financements existants, préparation des tirages, suivi des covenants et des obligations de communication/reporting liées aux contrats de financement pendant les phases de construction et d'exploitation
Contribution à la mise en place de la politique de couverture de taux du groupe (instruments dérivés...)
Veille de marché sur les conditions de financement
Assistance sur la planification des besoins de financement court terme
Analyse financière des projets de développement et des besoins en financement

D'autres missions transverses pourront vous être attribuées en fonction des besoins, des opportunités et de vos compétences notamment en M&A.

Profil recherché

Grande Ecole de Commerce ou d'Ingénieur avec une spécialisation Banque, Finance ou Ingénierie Financière
Anglais courant indispensable ;
Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, d'initiatives et bonnes capacités relationnelles;
Vous aimez travailler en mode projet et avez des appétences dans la modélisation financière;
Maitrise outils Office, et notamment Excel (modélisation financière).
