Deine Aufgaben

Du bearbeitest und dokumentierst eigenverantwortlich Störungen und Anfragen in unserem Ticketsystem (Jira) und garantierst somit eine zeitnahe und reibungslose Behebung als 2nd-Level Instanz
Du bist Administrator für unsere state-of-the-art Client- und Serverlandschaft
Du bringst dich aktiv bei Projekten im Infrastruktur- und Applikationsumfeld ein (z. B. Rollout, MDM etc.)
Du trägst maßgeblich zur Konzeption des Ausbaus und der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur bei
Du hältst den Sicherheitsstandard unserer Infrastruktur auf einem hohen Niveau

Dein Profil

Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Betriebssystemen und den MS Office Paketen sowie im Netzwerk und Firewall Bereich und in der Administration und dem Betrieb von Microsoft Cloud Umgebungen (Office365, Intune, etc.)
Du kannst fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse vorweisen
Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Serviceorientierung und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten aus
Du bist ein Teamplayer, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest dich weiterentwickeln
