Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Procurement to lead our procurement operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services critical to production. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in procurement within a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and manufacturing needs
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals across multiple locations
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost- effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to maximize value
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards

Qualifications
