Job Description

Join Axpo Solar Germany as a Program Manager, where you will lead the management and coordination of a portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) projects across Europe. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from development through to construction and operation.

What you will do

  • Oversee cross-functional project management, ensuring smooth transitions during development and construction phases;
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including development, construction, and asset management, to drive project success;
  • Monitor and control project schedules, focusing on multidisciplinary tasks and external partnerships;
  • Manage commercial and contractual conditions, ensuring profitability and compliance;
  • Contribute to project legal setups and master and challenge project business plans seeking optimization at all potential levels and ensuring regular updates for top management reporting;
  • Engage with stakeholders, supporting negotiations and maintaining strong relationships.

What you bring & who you are

  • Proven experience managing PV projects or large-scale infrastructure projects (minimum 5 years);
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks across various teams;
  • Proficient understanding of business plans and financial metrics;
  • Willingness to challenge existing processes and implement efficient solutions;
  • Fluency in German and English, French or Polish is a plus.
