Your Tasks
- Project development and coordination.
- Check and verify the correct quality of the analyzed concrete samples.
- Guide the supplier to achieve production targets by complying with all guidelines and standards set by the Quality Department.
- Ensure that production is carried out according with HSE standards.
- Supervise the staff performance to control the achievement of the established objectives.
- Review KPIS and identify improvement actions for production processes.
- Analyze the existing processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, in order to propose the appropriate corrective measures.
- Assign tasks to the team members and coordinate with them, the development of ongoing projects.
Your Profile
- Civil or Industrial Engineering.
- Office medium user.
- Precast industry knowledge.
- Interested in the project hardworking, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Communication skills and high degree of teamwork, negotiation skills.
- Autonomous and challenge motivated.
- English is a must. Minimum B2 certificate. Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
- 4- 6 years of experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control.
- Experience with self-compacting concrete. Industrial processes or civil work.
