Responsibilities
- Adherence to KK Safety Culture and values
- On time delivery as per SLA with Zero Errors and efficient handling of Master data
- Manage/Maintain the asset management master data across all factories globally.
- Create and manage work orders, job types, resources, and maintenance requests
- Assist with data migration, system testing, and go-live support
- Collaborate within internal stakeholders across the organization
- Develop and maintain technical documents such as User manual, Calibration report, Service reports.
- Create and Maintain maintenance plans and schedules.
Our requirements
- Good knowledge on machine breakdown and preventive maintenance process
- Familiar with Maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and equipment availability.
- Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance concepts
- understanding of asset lifecycle, preventive maintenance, work orders, and resource management
- communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive situation & get things done with quality.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
