Structuring and Tax
The Structuring and Tax Team operates from the office in Stockholm and consists of 2 Managers and one Associate, reporting to the Head of Structuring and Tax. The team supports OX2 as a whole cross all markets and legal subsidiaries.
Structuring and Tax Manager
You'll play a key role in shaping complex transactions and ensuring compliance across our markets. You will support and lead initiatives partnering with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on tax structuring of acquisitions, divestments, financing, and other strategic transactions.
- Reviewing and evaluating legal documentation from a tax perspective.
- Providing day-to-day support on corporate income tax matters.
- Monitoring and analyzing legislative changes in key OX2 markets.
- Driving the implementation of new tax rules and best practices.
- Supporting year-end tax reporting processes.
- Managing and reviewing income tax return processes in Sweden and Finland.
- Exploring and assessing new markets from a tax and structuring standpoint.
- Coordinating with external advisors and stakeholders globally.
Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for a driven, communicative, and tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
- A university degree in Tax Law or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally from a Big 4 firm, top-tier law firm, or within the industry.
- Strong understanding of transactional tax matters and/or accounting.
- Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex tax concepts in a clear, engaging way.
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on, collaborative attitude.
- High levels of self-motivation, adaptability, and persistence.
