Job Description
ISCC - International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Our activities and impact are expanding and our teams are growing exponentially since the last 2 years. This is why the People&Culture team of experts are looking forward to welcome you as Student Assistant - HR (Recruiting & Administration) at our ISCC headquarter in Cologne.
The Student Assistant - HR (Recruiting & Administration) supports the employee lifecycle and provides administrative assistance to our colleagues. If you are passionate about sustainability and would like to join our highly motivated and diverse teams to make a difference, we are looking forward to your application!
Your main duties will be:
- Support the team throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, on- & offboarding, feedback sessions
- Assist with administrative duties such as monthly HR reporting, preparation of employment certificates, maintenance of personnel files and data (HRIS: Personio) and related documentation
- Contribute to the creation and standardisation of internal HR templates, guidelines and policies
- Support in scheduling, coordinating and conducting candidate interviews (especially for working student positions)
- Support with internal and external meeting- and event organisation, e.g. career fair participation, hosting visits of external student groups, quarterly student meetings
- Own smaller projects in HR context
- Support with general office duties
Your profile
- Enrolled student in the area of business administration, human resources, organizational psychology, or similar with availability of at least one year (preferably longer) and 16-20 hours per week
- Ideally, you have initial practical experiences in HR recruiting/administration
- Excellent communication skills in German (at least B2) and English (at least C1) both written and spoken; additional languages will be of advantage
- High proficiency in MS Office and macOS system
- Very good presentation skills and excellent attention to detail
- A service-oriented, proactive, reliable and supportive attitude
- Excellent time management and self-organization
