Job Description

You will manage projects in the material master data governance domain, ensure timely execution, standardized reporting, and project documentation You will lead and inspire interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with Engineering, Material Management, Finance, Service and IT Teams across multiple countries You will be accountable for the project lifecycle within the master data domain, with a focus on either PLM or ERP data objects Your responsibilities will include prioritization, road mapping, stakeholder engagement, milestone setting, execution, closure, and lessons learned sessions You will implement continuous improvement methods and govern data processes

Your Profile

  • You have approx. 5 years' experience in at least one area among: data management, data governance, project management, process management
  • You bring a passion for conceptual thinking and fit in a role where your enthusiasm motivates others
  • Your analytical skills and data savviness will help you push our projects forward
  • Familiarity with data management tools, ERP, and PLM applications is highly desirable
  • You are motivated and curious about IT-supported material processes
  • You are pragmatic and solution oriented, willing to deliver high quality results with a cooperative approach
  • You bring solid interpersonal skills, to help you build collaboration across global teams
  • You can engage multiple stakeholders with a clear structured communication style
  • You are self-motivated and able to work independently
  • You have very good skills in English, German and Spanish are desirable, though not a must
