Du arbeitest eng mit dem Service Engineering zusammen und trägst dazu bei, die Anlagenverfügbarkeit und die Qualität unserer Serviceleistungen sicherzustellen. In dieser Rolle stärkst du das Know-how im Bereich Triebstrang und leistest einen direkten Beitrag zu einer sicheren und effizienten Windenergieproduktion.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du unterstützt Service Techniker und Kunden mit technischem Support für mechanische Komponenten von Windenergieanlagen
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zum Service Engineering innerhalb der Supportstruktur
- Du stellst die Serviceleistungen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich sicher
- Du entwickelst Kompetenzen für Komponenten des Triebstrangs weiter
- Du führst Fehleranalysen und First-Level-Fehlerbehebungen durch und leitest komplexe Fälle qualifiziert weiter
- Du verbesserst kontinuierlich das Wissensdatenbank-Management im Bereich Service

- Du hast ein technisches Studium wie Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung im Maschinenbau
- Du bringst ein hohes technisches Verständnis und End-to-End‑Denken mit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist teamorientiert und kommunikationsstark
- Du verfügst über ein positives und konstruktives Mindset
- Du besitzt sichere EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office
