Das erwartet Dich
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die kaufmännische Leitung unseres Regional Centers Central Europe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regionalleiter und dem Führungsteam. Du verantwortest sowohl die operative Steuerung als auch die strategische Weiterentwicklung der kaufmännischen Funktion und lieferst dem Management fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
Dein Ziel ist es, durch transparente, effiziente Prozesse die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Abteilung nachhaltig zu steigern und weiterzuentwickeln.
Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Steuerung, den Ausbau und die kontinuierliche Optimierung der kaufmännischen Prozesse im Regional Center Central Europe
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Zentralbereichen Finance, Controlling und Einkauf
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und -transparenz in allen kaufmännischen Prozessen
- Budgetplanung sowie laufende Kostenkontrolle für sämtliche Geschäftseinheiten der Abteilung
- Gewährleistung ordnungsgemäßer kaufmännischer Abläufe (u. a. Rechnungslegung, Intercompany-Verrechnung)
- Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung eines regelmäßigen Controllings, auch auf Projektebene
- Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse der Einzelgesellschaften sowie Bereitstellung relevanter Daten für den Konzernabschluss
- Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management zur Steigerung der Wirtschaftlichkeit
Wen wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Bachelorstudium mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung und Controlling
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3-5 Jahre, idealerweise mehr als 7 Jahre)
- Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Leitungsfunktion, vorzugsweise im Anlagenbau
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte kaufmännische Führungs- und Steuerungskompetenz
- Strukturierte, systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Ergebnisorientierung sowie Durchsetzungsstärke
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
- Interesse und Motivation, aktiv zur Energiewende beizutragen
