Das erwartet Dich
In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb unserer IT-Landschaft. Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Ablauf von Systemen und Netzwerken und bringst dich aktiv in deren Weiterentwicklung ein. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Partnern zusammen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Konfiguration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Servern, Active Directory und Entra ID
- Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Gruppenrichtlinien sowie Zugriffs- und Berechtigungskonzepten
- Administration und Betreuung von Microsoft-365- und Azure-Umgebungen
- Verwaltung und Absicherung von mobilen Endgeräten über Microsoft Intune (Windows, iOS, iPadOS)
- Betrieb, Wartung und Support der LAN-, WLAN- und VPN-Infrastruktur
- Umsetzung und Pflege von Netzwerksegmentierungen
- Betreuung und Verwaltung physischer Netzwerkkomponenten
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Netzwerk- und Systemdokumentation
- Implementierung und Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gemäß KRITIS- und ISO-27001-Anforderungen
- Betrieb und Konfiguration sicherheitsrelevanter Tools und Systeme (z. B. SIEM, CMDB, Monitoring)
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Prüfungen (z. B. ISMS, ITGC)
- Bearbeitung komplexer Supportanfragen
- Durchführung von System- und Netzwerkanalysen zur Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung
Wen wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in IT-Security und Netzwerktechnik
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Office 365, Azure, Sophos Firewall, Jira, und Cisco Switche
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Apple Devices, Windows Server und Mobile Device Management
- Kenntnisse in ITIL, Intune, Nimbus Telefonie und Assetverwaltung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
