We are looking for a proactive System Support Engineer who is excited to work with modern technology and make a real impact.

You will collaborate with our Development, Trading, Backoffice and Operations & Maintenance teams to support and enhance our in‑house developed NOC system, the core platform behind our operations.

If solving technical challenges, automating processes and boosting system reliability energise you, you'll thrive in our collaborative, supportive and growth‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Development Team on system improvements, enhancements and bug fixes
  • Analysing, diagnosing and resolving issues reported by internal departments, covering both internal systems and field‑installed devices
  • Developing and maintaining scripts and tools to support system maintenance, monitoring and automation
  • Creating, updating and maintaining technical and operational documentation
  • Automating recurring operational tasks and contributing to the optimisation of technical processes
  • Working daily in Linux‑based environments
  • Evaluating operational data, preparing incident reports and tracking system performance
  • Supporting continuous improvement of internal workflows and overall system reliability

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support or system operations
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Linux and command‑line tools
  • Confident use of terminal tools (SSH)
  • Solid SQL querying and database management skills
  • Experience working with multiple databases
  • Basic MongoDB and Kubernetes knowledge is a big advantage
  • Practical scripting skills - Python or Bash or Makefile
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities
  • Polish native speaker and communicative level of English
  • Analytical, proactive and well‑organised team player with strong problem‑solving skills
