About You

You bring deep planning expertise, a structured approach, and a collaborative mindset. You enjoy improving systems, coaching others, and translating complex scheduling data into clear insights that support high-quality decision‑making. Ideally, you will bring:

Extensive experience in planning and scheduling within major capital or infrastructure projects
Strong capability in Primavera P6, MS Project or similar planning tools
Experience managing integrated schedules and analysing critical paths, dependencies, and risks
Confidence working with resource forecasting, capacity planning and portfolio‑level insights
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and guide project teams.
