Your Tasks

  • Management of an interdisciplinary project team consisting of engineers, production experts, strategic purchasers und many other functions
  • Achievement of a development of a "cost of energy" optimal technical system/turbine closely collaborating with all relevant aspects of the value chain, particularly engineering, production, logistics, installation and service
  • Various challenging tasks in all project phases, starting at feasibility study, over concept, detailing and prototyping phase up to start of production in an international environment
  • Responsible for the achievement of cost, quality and timeline of the project
  • Professional project controlling using KPIs like evaluation of the current progress and deviation management
  • Implementation of risk- and stakeholder management
  • Development of innovative solutions for reduction of time-to-market
  • Preparation of decision proposals and project reports for the management board
  • Continuous improvement process of the Nordex product development process

Your Profile

  • BE/Btech in Mechanical/Electrical graduate with 8+ years of experience in Project Management role from Wind industry.
  • Very good knowledge in MS office and MS projectevant stakeholders across the organization, understanding situations and applying a global perspective aligned with company strategy.
  • Combining creativity with attention to detail and a systematic and careful way of working.
  • Very good MS office skills (including MS Project Server).
  • Experience in an ERP and PLM system advantageous.
  • Good intercultural understanding, professional working proficiency in English, further language skills beneficial (Spanish/German).
  • Multi-annual, sound experience in management of complex projects, product development or similar areas.
