YOUR MISSIONS
Voltalia's subsidiary for the O&M and EPC third party services is looking for a Test & Commissioning Engineer with the following responsibilities, across multiple projects:
Preparation Phase
- Prepare the list of verifications, tests and commissioning actions, ensuring compliance with technical standards and codes, Voltalia and employer requirements;
- Perform the commissioning protocols for the commissioning stakeholders;
- Review the stakeholders commissioning procedures compliance with the commissioning protocols;
- Plan and prepare the commissioning activities and resources with all stakeholders;
- Elaborate the commissioning plan including:
- Commissioning schedule;
- Commissioning workflow
- Energization plan.
Execution Phase (On Site)
- Prepare, execute, and update the project commissioning plan;
- Manage and supervise the commissioning activities;
- Collect, review, and submit the commissioning stakeholders' reports;
- Ensure test results are correctly and completely documented in test reports;
- Verify that commissioning activities comply with project HSE plan.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Degree or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field;
- Experience in MV and HV substations test and commissioning (preferred);
- Knowledge in the commissioning process of photovoltaic systems and/ or electrical systems LV or MV;
- Thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to easily grasp new ideas to face any issue or constraint impacting the progress of the commissioning activity;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook);
- English as working language;
- Available for national and international travels;
- Comply, Promote and Supervise the correct implementation of good practices, legal, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements within is technical team or cluster or site.
