Deine Aufgaben
- Du bearbeitest und dokumentierst eigenverantwortlich Störungen und Anfragen in unserem Ticketsystem (Jira) und garantierst somit eine zeitnahe und reibungslose Behebung als 1st & 2nd-Level Instanz
- Du bist Administrator für unsere state-of-the-art Client- und Serverlandschaft
- Du bringst dich aktiv bei Projekten im Infrastruktur- und Applikationsumfeld ein (z. B. Rollout, MDM etc.)
- Du trägst maßgeblich zur Konzeption des Ausbaus und der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur bei
- Du hältst den Sicherheitsstandard unserer Infrastruktur auf einem hohen Niveau
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Betriebssystemen und den MS Office Paketen sowie im Netzwerk und Firewall Bereich und in der Administration und dem Betrieb von Microsoft Cloud Umgebungen (Office365, Intune, etc.)
- Du kannst fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse vorweisen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Serviceorientierung und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten aus
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest dich weiterentwickeln
