Dans le cadre de son développement, Demouselle Pas De Calais spécialisée dans les travaux d'installations électriques courants forts, et courants faibles, recrute un(e) Responsable d'Affaires adjoint en stage (f/h).

En tant que Responsable d'Affaires adjoint e (f/h), vous aurez pour mission principale d'aider au pilotage et à la gestion des différents projets en électricité tertiaire.

Vous serez responsable adjoint de la bonne exécution des chantiers, du respect des délais, des budgets et de la qualité des prestations.

Missions principales

  • Aide au pilotage les projets de A à Z (étude, planification, suivi et réception des chantiers).
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs.
  • Assurer la relation client et veiller à la satisfaction de ce dernier tout au long du projet.
  • Gérer les aspects techniques, financiers et contractuels des projets.
  • Garantir la conformité des installations avec les normes en vigueur (sécurité, environnement, performance).
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et proposer des actions d'amélioration.
  • Assurer le reporting régulier auprès de la direction.

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en électricité, électrotechnique, énergie renouvelable ou équivalent.
  • Fort intérêt dans la gestion de projets photovoltaïques ou dans le domaine de l'électricité tertiaire.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques.
  • Permis B obligatoire (déplacements fréquents sur chantier).
