L'entreprise Omexom Projets EnR Est est spécialisée dans la construction de centrales solaires au sol ou flottant. Nous étudions, concevons, construisons et maintenons des centrales solaires, quelles que soient leur taille et leur technologie.
Pour accompagner notre développement, venez rejoindre nos équipes sur notre site basé à Neyron, proche de Lyon (69) en tant que :
RESPONSABLE D'AFFAIRES CONFIRME H/F
Vos missions
Rattaché (e) au chef d'entreprise, votre mission principale est d'assurer le développement et le suivi de contrats de constructions de centrales photovoltaïques.
Pour cela, vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble des missions suivantes :
- Pilotage des affaires de construction de parcs photovoltaïques :
- Continuer le développement de l'activité de construction de parcs photovoltaïques
- Gérer et suivre les contrats obtenus (aspects commerciaux, financiers et techniques)
- Entretenir et développer les relations avec les clients
- Management d'équipes :
- Coordonner, piloter et encadrer les équipes sur le terrain à moyen et long terme
- Garantir la sécurité des travaux réalisés par les équipes sur le terrain en application des règles d'or de l'entreprise
- Garantir l'interface avec le client et les sous-traitants
- Contribution à la performance de l'entrepriseÊtre investi.e dans l'organisation et le quotidien du pilotage de l'entreprise
- De façon générale, vous êtes acteur.trice du développement d'Omexom Projets EnR Est dans le respect de la culture sécurité et environnementale du groupe.
Profil recherché
Vous avez effectué une école d'ingénieur généraliste ou en électricité, et vous disposez de 5 ans d'experiences dans la gestion de grands projets.
Vous savez vous adapter et vous êtes rigoureux(se) au quotidien.
Entrepreneur.se dans l'âme, vos qualités relationnelles et commerciales, ainsi que votre leadership vous permettront de réussir dans ce poste.
Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques Pack office, MS Project, autres.
Vous possédez un bon niveau en anglais !
Permis B indispensable : des grands déplacements à la semaine sur le territoire national sont à prévoir !
