Deine Aufgaben
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften eines definierten Mitarbeitendenkreises in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Sicherstellung effizienter und professioneller HR-Prozesse sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Abläufe
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses als zentraler Ansprechpartner
- Organisation und Begleitung strukturierter Onboarding-Prozesse zur erfolgreichen Integration neuer Mitarbeitender
- Konzeption und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen zur Förderung von Kompetenzen und Potenzialen
- Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern zu Entwicklungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen inklusive deren Umsetzung
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit der Mitarbeitervertretung (MAV)
- Aktive Einbindung in standortbezogene und Gruppenweite HR-Projekte wie z. B. Employer Branding
- Erstellung und Analyse von HR-Reports, Statistiken und Auswertungen zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsunterstützung
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Personalwesen, idealerweise im Mittelstand
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
