Projektleiter (m/w/d) Kompensationsmaßnahmen Windenergie
Deine Aufgaben
Du entwickelst naturschutzfachliche und forstrechtliche Kompensationsmaßnahmen für unsere Windpark-Projekte, verhandelst und sicherst die dafür benötigten Flächen und betreust die fachgerechte Realisierung und Dokumentation.
Dazu gehören:
- Identifizierung, Abstimmung und vertragliche Sicherung von Flächen
- Erarbeitung von Maßnahmenkonzepten als Vorlage für die Ausführungsplanung
- Ausschreibung, Umsetzung und Betreuung der Kompensationsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Planungsabteilung bei der Projektierung
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen für immissionsschutzrechtliche Antragsverfahren und Bauleitpläne
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) der Fachrichtungen Landschaftsplanung, Landschaftsbau, Forstwirtschaft/Forstwissenschaft, Landschaftsökologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Idealerweise Praxis-/Berufserfahrung im Bereich Landschaftsbau, Planung, Ausschreibung und Umsetzung von Kompensationsmaßnahmen oder mit Forst- oder Landschaftsbau-Projekten im Außenbereich
- Bereitschaft zum Außendienst und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst flexibel, schnell und strukturiert auf wechselnde Problemstellungen reagieren
