Verstärke unser Team „Kaufmännische Projektentwicklung" in Bremen als Kaufmännischer Projektmanager (m/w/d) für nationale Windparkprojekte (Onshore)
Deine Aufgaben
- Kaufmännische Projektleitung nationaler Wind- und Solarprojekte
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Projektkonzeption
- Durchführung von Projektprüfungen
- Laufendes Projektcontrolling während der Investitionsphase
- Begleitung von Verhandlungen mit Vertragspartnern und Banken
- Erstellen und bewerten von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Strukturierung von Vertragswerken in Zusammenarbeit mit den Juristen und Fachabteilungen
- Falls erforderlich, kaufmännische Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei Landeigentümerversammlungen und/oder Gemeinderatssitzungen
- Begleitung von Projektfinanzierungen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder ein vergleichbares Studium (FH/TH/Uni)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien, vorzugsweise in der Windenergiebranche
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an rechtlichen und vertraglichen Fragestellungen
