Job Description
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR to develop strategic sourcing plans, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting professional with deep expertise in talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the business including conducting intake calls, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews and leading debriefs
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels (social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition leadership to improve processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain all applicant data in HRIS system

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
