We are looking for a Manager - Customer Service & Logistics to lead our U.S. customer service, warehouse, and distribution operations while ensuring smooth intercompany order flows across our manufacturing sites in Denmark, Poland, and India.
In this role, you will ensure a consistently strong customer experience, reliable deliveries, and clear coordination across functions and countries. You will lead and develop teams, drive structure and performance, and thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment where priorities and volumes may change.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service and Warehouse team in the U.S.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and consistent communication standards.
- Oversee end-to-end customer order handling, including intercompany orders to manufacturing sites in Denmark, Poland, and India.
- Coordinate order progress, shipment timelines, and delivery performance to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
- Work closely with warehouse and distribution partners to plan shipments, optimize inventory, and secure timely dispatch.
- Act as escalation point for complex customer, order, and logistics issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to logistics and distribution.
- Maintain accurate order, logistics, and master data in the ERP system (Microsoft D365 preferred).
- Monitor and follow up on KPIs related to customer service, logistics, warehouse, and distribution performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience within customer service, logistics, supply chain, or order management.
- 2-3 years of people management experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, logistics, warehouse, and distribution processes.
- Solid experience working with ERP systems; Microsoft D365 is strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel and good working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and hands-on mindset.
- High attention to detail combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience from an industrial or renewable energy environment is an advantage (wind industry preferred).
- Strong safety focus.
